What's the best way to store these loaves after they are baked? Eat them the same day, that's the best thing to do with baguettes! :) Store in a plastic bag loosely closed; reheat, tented in foil, for about 8 minutes in a 350°F oven. Baguettes don't store well; that's just a fact... PJH
