I didn't realize my dough rising buckets are 4 quarts. Let me tell you from experience to make sure to use the 6 quart bucket. :) I didn't really look at the size but it was the same type of bucket. It was very funny because when I woke up this morning and ran to the fridge the lid had been blown off!!!! :) Time to shape my baguette!! :) GOOD advice, Audrey - :) PJH
