If I have the baguette pan that you sell on your website. At what point do I put the dough on/in the pan? Thanks for a great blog! Thanks for the kind words, Anita. You'd put the baguette in the pan when you shape it into its baguette shape. Let it rise in the pan (make sure it's greased) - and put the pan in the oven to bake. The pan itself doesn't have to be on a cookie sheet or anything - just put it right on the oven rack. Enjoy - PJH
