Wow, I wish was able to post pictures and smells to this blog. The baguettes I made from this recipe came out simply awesome. Loaded with sesame seeds, crisp and crackling crust, soft white interior with a sweet-smelling aroma of fresh bread, nice holes and a chewy consistency. Had two loafs of baguettes on the dinner table to serve company. They wanted to know were the bakery was located so they could buy the bread. They could not believe it was home made. Thank you, King Arthur staff for another fine recipe to add to my repertoire of bread recipes. Mikelib Mikelib, we're so happy we could help impress your guests! There's nothing like hot, homemade bread, is there? Like you, we can't wait for the "scratch and sniff" computer screen... :) PJH
