Could I use White WW flour? I am trying to stay away from AP/white flour.
You might consider using 25% white whole wheat in this recipe. Once you check the taste and texture results, you could bump the white whole wheat up to 50%, or find a recipe written for whole wheat flour and sub the white whole wheat flour one for one. Happy Baking! Irene @ KAF
