Yes, I have used cake flour -- I like it for cakes and also biscuits and shortcakes. I've bought Swan's Down in the past, but I'd definitely buy KA (bleached or unbleached!) if I saw it at one of my local grocery stores. Perhaps I should go ahead and request that they carry it. Anyway, I would use the flour to make a cake for my boyfriend's upcoming birthday.
