I have had a box of Swan's Down for several weeks now and still haven't used any. I keep changing my mind at the last minute! If I won I'd make the coconut cake from last summer (H.B. to P.J) for my girlfriend who's fighting cancer (again). She really needs a pick-me-up and loves coconut!
