I have used Swans Down Cake Flour in the past - not very often, as it's expensive and I wasn't sure I noticed all that much difference. I would bake a cake for my parents (actually they would love the one here on the blog) since Mom can't really cook anymore and Dad has tried to take over. It would be a real treat for them.
