1. i've used a couple different types of cake flour, including this unbleached stuff. I was actually disappointed with the results of it. It could have been the recipe though- it was a new one. Will have to try this white cake recipe and see if I fare any better. 2. we're more of a pie family, but we have to do birthday cakes. My second son and I share a b-day next month, so the box of flour will go straight to a extra large double birthday cake! Maybe even this raspberry one!
