1.) I have used the Queen Guinevere cake flour with great results, but I hated the fact that it was bleached and that I couldn't find it at a local store. It looks like this new flour blend has come to solve all my cake flour problems!!! I can't wait to try it. 2.) I'll bake my husband a cake for his birthday! I'll try the raspberry cake recipe, it looks delicious.
