Yes, I have baked with cake flour. Not a lot of brand choice in our supermarket, though. Actually, it's the only non-KAF I use. I'd bake a cake for my husband's birthday. One of our best friends has a birthday the day after, so we celebrate them together. For me, it's beat to bake cakes for crowds, the share-the-wealth principle. Otherwise, I'd eat the whole thing!
