1) I've never used cake flour before, outside of the all-purpose + cornstarch substitution (which never really worked and now I know why). Though I'm an avid baker, cakes intimidate me, but maybe it's been my flour choice all along! 2) If I won a box of UCFB, I would use it to make a cake for me and my boyfriend to celebrate our 7 year anniversary next month. :) Maybe a Red Velvet cake :)
