I used King Arthur's cake flour but I believe it was bleached for vanilla pancakes for my daughter's birthday. They came out great. If I would be the lucky one to get this flour I would bake this cake for my two little once, my daughter Lucy who is 4 and Eva who is 2. They are both sick home now with a nanny while I am here at work(we all have to work). I wish I was with them right now. When I come home from work I always bake for them. So far their favorite recipe is your Monkey Bread recipe. We make it very often.
