I haven't used cake flour in about 40 years! I'm looking forward to trying the new King Arthur flour (and probably trying the scrumptious looking white cake with raspberry jam). I would bake this cake for my mother's 91st birthday which is coming up soon. The raspberries will remind her of her father's many raspberry bushes and abundance of their sweet fruit year after year. I remember them too. Ahhhh....memories!
