I have used cake flour in the past, but stopped using it years ago when I switched to unbleached flour. Am excited to hear that there is now an unbleached cake flour coming soon! I've used your other unbleached flours for years and LOVE them. I would bake a cake for my son who is a Marine pilot, has served in Afghanistan and may be deployed again soon. We live in the east Tennessee mountains where berries are abundant and are my son is crazy about them. He always looks forward to some type of berry dessert when he comes home. I am anxious to try your new berry cake recipe with the unbleached cake flour. The least I can do for my son, his friends and our country is give them a taste of home after returning from the hot desert!
