1. I use KAF flours exclusively. And don't intend to change. I give up other stuff to have the money to pay for KAF quality and my baked goods show that it's worth it :) 2. I would bake the cake for ladies I don't even know: I deliver baked goodies to a women's shelter in my local area. It's a house that helps wither pregnant women or women with very young children get away from abusive situations. It's two things close to my heart: helping others and baking. There's a lot of talking that cane take place over a piece of cake, lemme tell ya.
