I have never used cake flour before. I have a boxed cake mix habit that I really want to break. I've always loved cooking and baking and have recently become more serious about it. I've learned a great pizza dough recipe and a soft pretzel recipe and I've discovered I LOVE making yeast doughs. I've never ever made cake from scratch and I'd love to try. I'd bake a strawberry or blueberry cake for my wonderful boyfriend who puts up with me and makes me feel like the most loved person in the world. His birthday is next month and I'm having trouble thinking of what would top my present last year, the entire Calvin & Hobbes collection (He loves the comics and had every book except the full collection)
