I have always wondered about cake flour, but my grocery (Kroger) didn't offer anything by King Arthur, and I was distrustful of trying Swans Down. (When you get used to the very best, it's hard to bring yourself to try anything else!) I am so excited to see this offering, I got actual tears in my eyes! Will it be available at grocery stores? I have to say I would bake for my daugther--my only child, who I love more than words. She has turned into a beautiful young woman; is bringing up two sweet boys and works full-time. Baking is the last thing she has time for at present. It would be a gift to her, but mean even more to me. Thanks so much!
