1. I have never used cake flour before. I use King Arthur unbleached all purpose flour when I bake cakes. I'd love to give cake flour a try! 2. I would bake a cake for my coworkers. We've just gotten a pay cut, so I think that a cake would make everyone feel better! And they always love it when I bring cake "experiments" to work!
