I've used Softasilk and Swan's Down cake flour before, but I don't have a preference for one or the other. My local grocers will stock either one, but rarely both in the same store! If I won, I'd bake a special cake for my sister, who will recently got a promotion and will be moving in two weeks to start her new job!
