I can't wait for this unbleached cake flour to hit the stores!!!! In fact, I'm going to mention it to my grocery store manager to make sure they stock it! THANK YOU KING ARTHUR FOR MAKING THIS PRODUCT!!! I recently had a recipe that called for cake flour but didn't want to use bleached flour (YUCK!) so I used all purpose which didn't give me the fluffiness I as looking for in my recipe.
