1) I've used the Pillsbury brand cake flour that is sold in most big supermarkets, but I really didn't like it, so recently I've been using Whole Foods brand All Purpose Baking Flour. Sadly I can't find Queen Guinevere anywhere, so I've never been able to try it. I'm a big King Arthur fan though, so I'll be looking for the new blend! 2) I would use the box of flour to make an Angel Food Cake for my mom, who has a birthday at the end of the month.
