I like to know if this Tender White Cake is good to do for Petit Fours... If not do you have a good recipe for a vanilla cake and a chocolate cake to use to make Petit fours.....thank you so much....Luisa The tender white cake may be a little fragile, but if you freeze before working with it, it will be helpful. We recommend our golden vanilla cake for the petit fours. Use this recipe for a wonderful chocolate version. ~Amy
