Can I use the wheat flour the same as I would the unbleached flour? Sorry, I'm not a very educated baker. Thank you. Whole wheat flour, as it contains bran, will need a bit more liquid to make a soft workable dough. Keep an eye on it as it comes to tegether and adjust as needed. Frank @ KAF.
