I love this dough. like seriously. its amazing. I like to divide the dough in 16 pieces, roll them out into a circle, put a tomato slice, a Tbsp of caramelized onions, some oregano,parley and basil and put a slice of good cheese on top. its otherworldly. TYTYTYTYTYYTYTYTY. WOW - doesn't THAT sound good! Thanks for the inspiration- PJH
