Well, I really need to try these, they look great! Went to order the turnover press,but you are all out. :( Any suggestions on turning this pastry into those little pastry shells (like for chicken ala king)? My kids love those, but boy are they pricey! MaryEllen, how about if you draped them over upside-down custard cups, and baked? That should work... PJH
