Does the dough have a sour cream taste to it after baking? My husband hates sour cream in anything but he loves turnovers and especially ones filled with raspberries. Could I substitue something else for the sour cream? Don't substitute - there's no sour cream flavor that I can taste, Pam. Just buttery/flaky... Trust me, he'll never know if you hide the sour cream carton and he doesn't walk in while you're making them! PJH
