This sounded so wonderful but even though I read and reread the directions and actually followed them, I still didn't get any puff at all. It just looks and tastes like a really good pie crust. I'm so disappointed!! Don't know if you're still monitoring this but I'd sure like some suggestions. I Love my King Arthur flour and really enjoy the blog. I figured out that problem after re-reading the recipe yet again! One stick of butter instead of two. They at least taste good!! I guess I will give it another try. Thanks!
