the inadvertent farmer

I have 3 20 something sons and my 21 year old was given the 5 minute a day artisan bread book by me for his birthday. He bakes 3 or 4 time a week now and is seriously thinking of becoming a baker! Ohhh I can see the pounds piling on as I try each of his new creations! BTW...got my first order from King Arthur just today, I can't wait to try out the white whole wheat flour!
