TALL SIDED PAN! TALL SIDED PAN!! These were the flaming cinnamon rolls of doom. Who knew my disposable cake pans had shorter than average sides? I didn't until the bottom of my oven caught on fire with flaming sugary goodness Alas, Angela... I recommend setting your pan of sticky buns on a parchment-lined cookie sheet, if you have any inkling at all that your pan might not hold their ooey-gooeyness - PJH
