Can Nik's bread be mixed in the bread machine and then rise and then put in the refrigerator to rise overnight? I use the bread machine for everything because it is so easy. I do have the dough whisk so I could do it your way. I just need to buy the big bucket. I enjoyed the story about Nik as I have three sons and they all like to cook, one bakes. Thanks as always. Alvara, you could definitely make and rise the dough in the bread machine, then refrigerate. Although it wouldn't make nearly as much, and thus you wouldn't need the bucket...
