I, too butter the dough before spreading the cinnamon & sugar. It does hold it in the roll better & the taste is wonderful. This sticky bun recipe sounds so good that I plan to try it tomorrow for my family which includes 2 tall, busy teenage boys who love fresh breads. One of the best reasons to bake bread is the great happiness it brings my family.
