I'm fairly new at baking bread. The dough is really sticky. How are you able to handle and shape it? Do you grease your hand or flour the working surface? Hi Han - If the dough is REALLY sticky, so you simply can't work with it, grease your hands and flour the work surface. If it's just kind of annoyingly tacky, grease your hands AND the work surface (with some non-stick vegetable oil spray). the more flour you work into the dough, the drier the loaf will be, so try to add as little additional flour as possible - within reason. You do need to be able to work with the dough and shape it - good luck! PJH
