Followed the recipe, just a pinch of sugar and salt. Bread rose and browned beautifully in the oven and had a nice, open texture BUT tasted extremely bland. Although the bread seemed to be cooked perfectly, there was virtually no flavor. Very bland. Used 1 cup of very active KA starter. Any suggestions?
