PJ recommends wrapping well and freezing for longer term storage. The full loaf should keep for a couple of months in the freezer, but we wouldn't stretch it quite as far with the mini loaves, as more exposed surface area leads to more chance for freezer burn and/or staling. For best results, we'd suggest freezing for 1-2 weeks, but you could probably get away with up to a month. Mollie@KAF
