I made the "American style" panettone in the mini angel food cake pans and they were wonderful. We loved having this treat without all of the candied fruit "stuff". I think I'll make them again, but use a different combination of fruits (used dried cranberries, cherries, apricots, and pineapple this time). Thanks for all of your great recipes. Another great idea, Judith, mini angel pans... thanks for the inspiration! - PJH
