PJ - thanks so much for sharing the panettone recipe. I'd never thought I could perfect that dough, but you gave me the confidence to try it. The tube pan worked to perfection! I put crystallized ginger, apricots (soaked in rum, even though I know soaking's not traditional), golden raisins, chocolate chips and chopped walnuts in mine.
