Thanks, PJ...made a third batch today (I'm just a glutton for punishment) and they came out perfect! I am SO stoked! My DH is beside himself with joy. The little papers I bought from KAF are perfect for the mini-panettones as is the dried fruit mix! Awesome! There's nothing like successfully baking a Christmas classic, AND having your family like it. Buon natale! PJH
