OMG. I found a reason to not be completely depressed about the pandemic. When my daughter was out of flour, and the stores were out too, I ordered flour here. It was out of flour too, but I ordered anyway. My King Arthur flour came before the stores got anything. A couple months letter, I finally opened a flour covered email and nearly fainted at all of the recipes and tips and wonderful things here. Why hasn’t anyone ever told me about this??? I still can’t wait for Covid to go away, but I can smile a little knowing that I now know where to go when I want to bake something special! Thank you
