Hi, KAF Guys ! With just my Hubby and I, I'd like to use my 6 in springform pan, but have no idea how to cut down the recipe or bake time. Would I cut the recipe down to just 1/3 the original? Thanks for any help ! Diana Hi Diana, Thanks for asking, but we haven't tested any of the recipes in a reduced sized version. My best suggestion would be to make the full sized version and invite some friends over, or make two smaller 8" versions by dividing up the filling evenly and give one cheesecake away. ~ MaryJane
