My husband and I are not morning people, so we usually eat a granola bar for breakfast on the way out the door. I thought I would try these instead of our usual Kahsi brand. I used 15 oz of fruits and nuts, the optional peanut butter, and the substitution listed for the sticky bun sugar. I cooked them for about 30 min until they were brown on the edges. But, they didn't turn into bars. They came out a crumbly and slightly greasy mess instead. They tasted okay, but were definately not bars. How can I fix this problem? I would really rather make them myself. Laurie, leave out the optional peanut butter - I think you'll like them better. - PJH
