As I write this note I am munching on a nice warm sconce from the oven. I added a ¼ teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper to the recipe and I used 2 percent sharp cheddar cheese. They taste great, I was having company from Florida and they loved them. Mike Lib Worth waiting for, huh, Mike? :) - PJH
