Anyone attempted to make these gluten-free? Any suggestions for GF?
Ruth, we'll be coming out with a whole gluten-free section of our recipe Web site this winter. Till then - your best bet would be to find a gluten-free scone recipe, rather than try to convert this one. Gluten-free baking can be quite tricky.
