PJ, I have a question about the amount of butter in the recipe. Looking at the step-by-step photos, it appears to look like more than 1/2 stick (4TBS) butter. Did you double the recipe in your demonstration? The recipe calls for 1/2 stick butter, but it looks as though there is a whole stick of butter from the photos.... Enrica, good catch - I did cut the butter back, as with the cheese it was just too much. Use 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons butter). Thanks - PJH
