Hi Carol, you can shape the dough into two discs, about 1 1/2" thick. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Let the discs thaw in the fridge overnight, and the next day you should be able to use a sharp knife to slice the discs into triangles. Bake as directed in the recipe. This should help save freezer space and time! Kye@KAF
