I loved the recipe. I have made them now a couple of times. The third time tough, I ramped it up a bit by adding a little ground sage and fennel to the flour mixture. I can even see these with some sauteed cremini mushrooms added or as a supplement for the bacon, with just a little fresh thyme and omit the sage and fennel
