I finally made these scones and should have made them sooner. They are very good. It is the first time I made savory scones. I put them in the freezer for 1/2 hour before baking @ 425 degrees. I had to pull them out after 18 minutes like another person had commented. Normally my oven is right on, would it be a good idea to try a 400 degree oven? A 400º oven should also be fine. Sometimes it just depends on the type of pan you are using. ~Amy
