This bread looks gorgeous! how did you get it to brown so well?
I'm making it, but i only have active dry yeast, is there anything i should do? Also, how long is overnight?
Bread should brown just fine if you brush with egg white, as directed; then bake it on a center rack at the time/temperature indicated. Dissolve the active dry yeast in some of the lukewarm water in the recipe before using; and you'll probably need to increase rising times, as active dry from the supermarket isn't as vigorous as SAF instant.
