I’ve had an issue both times I’ve tried to make it now. I get a good rise the first round and then things get weird. My first attempt I got almost no rise the second round of proofing and no rise in the oven so I had a fairly flat dense loaf. My second attempt, I got a lot of expansion on the second proof and again no rise on the bake in the oven. Please help, what am I doing wrong?
